All purchases of Next Coin are non-refundable. Once Next Coin or anything bought with it has been received, the payment cannot be returned.
1. Buying Next Coin
Payment is made on the page of a payment provider. Once you authorise a payment, the amount is not refundable. The Next Coin is credited to your game account and can be spent in the game shop and on VIP status. Prices are listed on the Prices page.
If a payment went through and Next Coin did not arrive, this is not a refund case: write to support (contact form) with your account name and the order number (MN-…), and we will credit it by hand.
2. Responsibility for the payment
You must be the authorised holder of the card or account you pay with, or have the holder's written consent. Using someone else's card without consent is fraud and will be pursued under the law.
3. Disputed payments
If a payment is disputed or charged back through a bank, the accounts connected to it are suspended, and closed if fraud is found.
4. Purchases by minors
Minors may not make purchases without a parent's or guardian's consent. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for such payments.
5. If you do not accept these terms
If these terms do not suit you, do not make purchases and stop using the server. Full terms are in the user agreement.
