What we collect, why, and what happens to it. In short: only what the server cannot run without.
What we keep
- Your account — name, password and email address. They live in the game server's database, because the same account signs you into the game.
- Game data — characters, levels, resets, guilds. The game writes these; the site only shows them.
- Your IP address — on sign-in and registration, to limit password guessing and bulk sign-ups. The game server also records the address of your last login.
- A session cookie — one technical cookie that remembers you are signed in. There are no analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
The bot check
The sign-in and registration forms are guarded by Cloudflare Turnstile in its invisible mode: there is nothing to solve, the check runs in the background. Cloudflare receives your IP address, TLS fingerprint, User-Agent header and the site key. How Cloudflare handles that is set out in their Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Your address is used to recover a password and to confirm a registration. Mail is sent through a delivery service; we send no marketing.
Payments
Payment happens on the payment provider's page. Your card number, expiry date and CVC are entered there and never reach us — we neither receive nor store them.
We keep only the order: account name, package, amount and currency, the provider chosen, the order number, its status and time. The provider is given the amount, the order number and, where it requires one, the account's email address — for the receipt and for contact about the payment. We need this to credit the coin, look into a disputed payment and make a refund.
Who else sees it
Nobody. We do not sell or hand over your data, beyond the providers the site cannot run without: the host, Cloudflare (protection and delivery), the mail service and the payment providers — to the extent described under Payments.
How long
As long as the account exists. Order records are kept as long as needed to settle payments and refunds. Failed-login records are cleared automatically. Ask us to delete your account and it goes, characters included.
Your rights
You can see and change your data in your account panel, change your password and email, and ask for the account to be deleted. Reach us at the contact form.
